ORDERING INFORMATION

Q. When do you take orders?

A. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.


Q. What is your phone number?

A. 940-723-6022, then press 9.


Q. Do you deliver?

A. No, our Holiday Sales department handles pick up orders only; however, we do cater.


Q. When do I pay for my order?

A. Whole Turkey packages must be paid for in advance.


Q. What are your methods of payment?

A. We accept cash, check (in-town with proper ID), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. No debit cards.


Q. When do you stop taking orders?

A. Generally speaking, the time that we stop accepting orders varies according to supply of products and ability to meet demand. With that in mind, please order early to avoid disappointment. Typically, four days in advance during peak holiday season is recommended.


FOOD INFORMATION

Q. What is The Gobbler?

A. Our small turkey package that serves 10-14 servings.


Q. What is The Big Gobbler?

A. Our large turkey package that serves 18-22 servings.


Q. What is The Gobbler package and how much does it cost?

A. 1 whole turkey, 2 quarts dressing, 2 quarts gravy, 1 can cranberry sauce, 2 pumpkin pies. It costs $95.95, tax included.


Q. What is The Big Gobbler and how much does it cost?

A. 1 whole turkey, 4 quarts dressing, 2 quarts gravy, 2 cans cranberry sauce, 3 pumpkin pies. It costs $125.95, tax included.


Q. Are the turkey packages hot and ready to eat?

A. No. The turkey is fully cooked, but cold and NOT sliced. The dressing is UNCOOKED, and the gravy is cold. A heating and cooking instruction sheet is inside the box. The turkey comes in a plastic bag; the dressing and gravy are in plastic containers.


Q. Can I substitute the pumpkin pies for some other pie?

A. Yes. We have a list of 10 pies and 2 cakes available. If there is a price difference, you would pay it in addition to the package price.


Q. What kind of dressing do you provide?

A. Cornbread, and it is packaged uncooked.


Q. How many servings are in one quart of dressing?

A. Each quart has approximately 7 half-cup servings.


Q. What types of pies are available Thanksgiving and Christmas week?

A. Pumpkin, pecan, lemon chess, german chocolate pie, custard, apple, cherry, cheesecake, chocolate icebox (no meringues), coconut icebox, Sugar-Free apple and Sugar-Free chocolate icebox.


Q. Are vegetables and salads available by the quart?

A. During Thanksgiving and Christmas week the vegetables we offer are: mashed potatoes, candied yams, corn, green beans, broccoli casserole. The salads are: cranberry relish, mixed fruit, waldorf and ambrosia.


CATERING INFORMATION

Q. Do you cater?

A. Yes, but Holiday Sales handles pick up orders only. Monarch Banquet and Catering handles catering. Holiday Sales is a separate department. To speak to someone in our Banquet and Catering Department to help plan your event, call 940-723-6022, press 5.


Q. Do you provide hot and ready to eat food for company parties
or other occasions?


A. Yes, however, we are limited on the number of events we cater during the holidays. You can order just about anything, but by far the most popular choice is turkey, dressing, gravy and cranberry sauce. It is priced at $5.45 (plus tax) and served family style. Remember, this is food you pick up from us. If you would like us to cater to your location, Banquets and Catering will handle your needs. (Call 940-723-6022.)


PICKUP INFORMATION

Q. When do I pick up my order?

A. For Thanksgiving week: Wednesday 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am - 11:00 am. Christmas week: 24th 8:00 am - 11:00 am. Of course you may pickup your order on another day. However, the exact day and time must be arranged at the time the order is placed.


Q. Where do I pick up my order?

A. Orders for Wednesday and Thursday of Thanksgiving week and orders for December 24th must be picked up INSIDE the cafeteria. Enter through the front serving line door and proceed directly to the first dining room to begin the pickup process. Do not go through the serving line. Drive-Thru service is available on other days not listed above.
